The assignment of laboratory activities is carried out in the following stages:
- The client submits a request (by e-mail, phone or contact form on the site), accompanied by documents (if available - permits, plans for own monitoring or requirements of regulations and other by-laws), after which the LICOS team issues an offer for laboratory activities.
- Upon agreement with the offer, the client fills out ФК 704-2 Request for laboratory activities and appendix, which has the force of a contract in the absence of one.
- The request specifies specific requirements, as well as more detailed information about the samples is submitted - origin, location of the monitoring site, technological or other features.
